Booking Appointments:

We always recommend booking your next appointment prior to leaving so you can save the perfect time slot that works for you. However, if you are need of reserving an appointment please feel free to call us at (925) 255-1150, where you can be directly forwarded to your artist. Most stylist schedules can also be accessed via our online booking service.


Cancelation Policy:

We ask that should a client need to cancel, that they respectfully give a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the time of their scheduled appointment. Clients who cancel their appointment in less than a 24 hours notice are subject to be charged a cancelation fee. As we value your time in our salon, we hope that you can appreciate that our time is just as valueable, and a cancelation fee will be implemented should a “No-Show” occur.

Product Returns:

Not thrilled with your product, not a problem! It’s important to us that you love, enjoy, and use the gift you bought yourself or a loved one. Any product that has been slightly used is welcomed to be brought back for a return or exchange.



Please silence your phones. 
We ask that arrangements be made for children unless they are receiving a service. 
Please no animals. 
We greatly appreciate and encourage being considerate of other clients in the salon and the communal space.
